Responding To An Invitation

As Christians, we strive to respond to God's call in our vocations. While the world suggests that anyone can become whatever they wish, we focus on inspiring young leaders to cultivate their natural, God-given talents.

To address the need to refocus our youth within the church, an initiative called “The Harbor Leadership Collective” has been launched. This effort aims to connect with numerous congregations to communicate that serving God and His church can be accomplished in various ways, and we can achieve it together.

Through this partnership, we can discover ways to inspire the youth to answer God’s call for themselves and to develop strong leaders for our church both within the church community and in the wider world.

In this initiative, each congregation is encouraged by The Harbor Leadership Collective to identify their young leader to engage in a more intentional one-on-one internship to determine “who’s next” in our leadership within congregations. With The Harbor as the driving force, we seek to combine our knowledge and efforts in serving God effectively and invest in these candidates for the future generation of the church body.

The invitation to join this mission is needed, and you can be a part of it. Here are some ways you can support us:
