The Harbor Leadership
There are
3 different stages of young leaders that we seek to support.
High School Student
17-18yrs | 3-5 Hours
Students who are currently attending high school will join the Harbor to get a jump start on exploring and experiencing what God may be calling them to. These young leaders have a restricted availability and take a more exploratory approach. The max amount of is 5 hours a week to allow for a balanced life.
College Student
18-23yrs | 5-7 Hours
College students usually have more flexible time to take on a direct response to what they believe God is calling them to vocationally. These young leaders understand that the experience they make time for now will help them to be confident in post- academia life they will have soon.
Post-College Grad
23-28yrs | 7-10 Hours
These young leaders are looking for a direct route to respond to an active call they hope to respond to within a vocation. This experience gives the most time to sample a real life example of how God potentially calling them in ministry. These placements can most often result in an immediate hiring opportunity post-placement.
